ASUI provides quality medical services

Results are posted to your patient portal automatically as they become available. Lab values, pathology reports, and other reports will appear in your portal when finalized. Sign in using our Patient Portal

Your results may also be accessed through your laboratory provider’s web portal. 

ASUI is pleased to contract with most major insurance plans. 

If you have questions regarding our participation with your insurance, we recommend you contact your insurance carrier for verification.  In order to expedite the filing of your insurance claim, please be prepared to provide your insurance card(s) at the time of your appointment and inform us of any changes to your insurance. Co-payments are due at the time of service.  

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

The quickest way to message your care team is by using our Patient Portal.  If you do not have access, please call or text us at (480) 394-0200.  Messages are typically returned within 48 hours and are handled in the order received. For emergencies, please go to the nearest emergencroom. 

Please contact your pharmacy to request a medication refill.  They will send us the request electronically.
